Rev.io is excited to announce the launch of version 3.0 of the integration of our billing and customer management system to ConnectWise PSA!
This integration is engineered for managed service providers currently using ConnectWise PSA who also need a best in class usage rating and billing platform to facilitate successful growth in their telecommunications business lines.
Users of the integration will be able to synchronize data on customers, products, service lines, billing, taxation, and payments between Rev.io and ConnectWise PSA to drive efficiencies between the two platforms.
This new version of the integration builds upon previous versions by featuring real time data syncing via webhooks, adding payment processing to the data available to be synchronized, and allowing users to sync multiple contacts between the two systems.
With these enhancements, managed service providers can achieve single system billing efficiencies across both Rev.io and ConnectWise PSA, saving time and avoiding manual errors.
