For the fifth time in our history, Rev.io has been officially honored as a “Great Place to Work” in the United States.
This prestigious award, given by the organization of the same name, is presented to companies of all sizes throughout the US by way of employee surveys. In May 2023, our 118 team members gave their feedback on the experience of working at Rev.io, with an eye towards important cultural factors like team camaraderie, fairness, pride in working at Rev.io, respect for team members, and others.
Rev.io’s team members were nearly unanimous in their agreement to the question, “Is Rev.io a Great Place to Work?” 97% of respondents said yes, in stark contrast to the average organization surveyed. The “typical” company surveyed only registered 57% of respondents in the affirmative.
Among the highlights of our employee feedback were:
- 100% of respondents saying that people care about each other at Rev.io.
- 98% agreeing that they can ask management any reasonable question and get a straight answer.
- 98% saying that management is approachable and easy to talk with.
- 98% confirming they are able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary.
- 98% affirming that they are treated as a full member here regardless of their position.
