The hire underscores Rev.io’s continued investment in building a platform designed around the real operational needs of IT managed service providers (MSPs).
Brook brings decades of hands-on experience across corporate IT and the MSP ecosystem. She began her career leading internal IT teams for organizations ranging from small businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, before transitioning into the MSP space, where she found her true professional home. Over the course of her career, Brook has held nearly every operational role inside an MSP - including dispatch, engineer, project management, vCIO, and COO - giving her rare, end-to-end perspective on how MSPs actually run.
“Brook is not coming to Rev.io to simply represent the MSP community - she is the MSP community,” said Brent Maropis, CEO at Rev.io. “As we continue building our platform for service providers, it’s critical that our product decisions are grounded in real-world operational experience. Brook has lived the challenges MSPs face every day, and she will play a key role in ensuring we build a PSA and billing platform that truly supports how MSPs operate, scale, and grow.”
As a consultant, Brook rebuilt and scaled MSPs across the country, helping hundreds of organizations mature their operations, leadership teams, and service delivery models. That work expanded her influence beyond individual businesses and into the broader IT channel, where she became a respected voice in education, advocacy, and community leadership. She has also advised vendors on go-to-market strategy, giving her deep insight into where technology providers often miss - and how they can do better.
In her role at Rev.io, Brook will serve as a direct bridge between MSP operators and the product, strategy, and leadership teams. She will apply her firsthand experience to help guide platform development, validate roadmap decisions, and ensure Rev.io’s platform aligns with the realities of modern service delivery.
“Too often, platforms are built for MSPs without being built with MSPs,” said Brook Lee. “What drew me to Rev.io is their commitment to listening, learning, and building alongside the community. I’m excited to bring my operational background into the product conversation and help ensure Rev.io delivers tools that genuinely make MSPs’ lives easier.”
Brook is also a passionate advocate for advancing women in technology and the IT channel. She actively works to increase diverse representation across leadership roles, keynote stages, and advisory boards. A frequent global speaker, Brook delivers sessions on MSP growth, leadership development, operational excellence, and hiring and retaining women in tech.
She currently serves as Co-Chair of GTIA North America, Chair of the GTIA North America Women in Tech Council, and as a GTIA North America Executive Council member. Her industry recognitions include 2026 CRN Channel Chief (North America), 2025 GTIA Women in Tech Leadership Award, 2025 CRN Channel Chief (North America), 2025 CRN Channel Leader (EMEA), 2025 Network Group Community Champion nominee, 2025 Women of the Channel Role Model nominee, and 2023 CRN Woman on the Rise.
