Following up from our announcement in September 2020, Rev.io is pleased to announce that our integration to ConnectWise Manage® is generally available to all of our clients!
This software is an industry-leading professional services automation (PSA) tool that gives Managed Service Providers (MSPs) a “single pane of glass” view across the different parts of their operations, including ConnectWise payment integration.
ConnectWise Manage® is a sought-after tool for MSPs to track and manage time, help desk tickets, procurement, ConnectWise project management, and other functions in a single source. By integrating Rev.io billing data with ConnectWise Manage®, ConnectWise MSPs will be able to:
- Synchronize customer and contact data between the two systems
- Create an accurately-rated, distinct bill for telecommunications services
- Ensure tax compliance through integrations with key tax databases
- Push ConnectWise payment information to Rev.io accounts
- Eliminate redundant data entry and increase employee efficiency
- Designate choice of master biller between Rev.io or ConnectWise Manage®
